University of Tennessee Cheerleader and Parrottsville native Sophia Rouleau is helping her community recover after flooding from Hurricane Helene devastated the area. After the storm hit, Rouleau immediately returned home to help her mom distribute supplies to people in some of the hardest hit areas.

Eleanor Johnson was part of a group that got caught up in the rising waters. Five children were part of that group.
