StandardAero Inc. shares climbed 36% in the aircraft maintenance services provider’s trading debut, after the firm and some of its investors raised $1.44 billion in an initial public offering.

StandardAero, a U.S. aircraft maintenance services provider, priced its U.S. initial public offering above its indicated range to raise $1.44 billion, people familiar with the matter said on Tuesday.

The company's share price debuted at $31, far higher than it had anticipated when it filed for its public offering.
