Millions of Social Security beneficiaries will receive their retirement payments for the month of October, worth up to $4,873 per check for those who retire at 70 years old, in three days. SASSA has urged beneficiaries not to rush to withdraw their payments on the first day, as funds will remain in their accounts until needed.
